These spicy meatballs are made with Mexican spices, jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Low carb and gluten free!

Ingredients
- 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup jalapeños finely diced
- 3 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Roll into 2 inch balls, they will shrink as they bake.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
