Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Add water and vinegar to a microwavable dish (I used a measuring cup)
- Crack egg into the water and gently poke yolk 4-5 times with a toothpick. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave 1 minute. Check egg and cook an additional 15-20 seconds if needed. Remove from water immediately to stop it from cooking.
Notes
- Microwaves and cook times can vary as can personal preference with cook on the egg. Start with 1 minute and check the egg. If it's not quite set enough for you, cook it 5-15 seconds more. Once you've made it once or twice, you should be able to get the time for your own microwave (and egg preferences) down.
