Miso Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons White miso paste white miso paste, aka shiromiso
  • 4 teaspoons dashi granules or bonito granules
  • 8 to 10 ounces silken tofu diced firm
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried wakame seaweed

Instructions

  1. Heat a cooking pot.
  2. Pour-in water. Add the dashi. Stir and let boil.
  3. Put-in the miso paste. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the tofu and Wakame seaweed. Cook for 8 to 15 minutes in low to medium heat.
  5. Tranfser to a serving bowl. Serve.
  6. Share and enjoy!
