Mississippi Mud Potatoes

These potatoes are packed with flavor!! With just the right amount of cheese and bacon, this is the perfect side dish for any meal!

Ingredients

Servings
  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 13 baking pan, combine the potatoes, cheese, bacon, garlic, and onion.
  2. Add in the mayonnaise and stir until coated.
  3. Place pan in preheated oven, 325 degrees, and bake for about 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Remove from oven and serve!
