  • 2 cans biscuit dough 16.3 Ounce
  • 3/4 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 Cup brown sugar Packed
  • 1 stick salted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a bowl, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Roll each biscuit piece in the sugar-cinnamon mixture, coating it thoroughly.
  5. Place the coated biscuit pieces into the greased bundt pan, arranging them evenly.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  7. Stir in the brown sugar until it dissolves completely, creating a caramel-like mixture.
  8. Pour the melted butter and brown sugar mixture over the biscuit pieces in the bundt, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
  9. Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Remove the monkey bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 20 minutes.
  11. Invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate, releasing the monkey bread. The caramelized sugar will create a delicious gooey topping.
