Ninja Foodi Brussel Sprouts
Report
Ninja Foodi Brussel Sprouts. Let me show you how to cook brussel sprouts in a Ninja Foodi. These sprouts are well seasoned, you can serve with or without bacon, are perfectly crispy and so addictive you will want a second helping.

Ingredients
Kitchen Gadgets:
- Ninja Foodi
Ninja Foodi Sprouts Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh Brussel sprouts
- 3 lices back bacon
- salt & pepper
- extra virgin olive oil spray
- 1 Tsp butter optional
Instructions
- Place two cups (480ml) of water or stock into your cooking pot. Add your air fryer basket and then load it up with sprouts.
- Pressure cook for 2 minutes followed by a quick pressure release, because you don’t want to overcook your sprouts.
- After your quick pressure release, drain the liquid and add your basket of sprouts back in. Season with salt and pepper and spray with extra virgin olive oil spray. If you want sprouts with bacon add slices of bacon over the top of the sprouts.
- Place the air fryer lid down on your Ninja Foodi and air fry for 8 minutes on 200c/400f. Serve with butter and enjoy.
Notes
- Bacon. If you would like your sprouts with bacon, then I recommend adding them in when you air fry your sprouts.
- Seasoning. I recommend that you only season after pressure cooking as the flavour of seasoning often gets dulled down with the pressure cooker.
