No Bake Easter Peanut Butter Bars

Just a handful of ingredients to make these festive little no bake bars! If you love peanut butter, you'll love these! You can decorate them for any holiday, but we went with a pastel Easter vibe this time around.

  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup pastel M&M candies

Instructions

  1. Add the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and melted butter to a medium mixing bowl and stir well with a spoon to combine.
  2. When mixture is well combined, spread into the bottom of a foil lined 8x8 baking dish.
  3. Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring each time, until the chocolate has melted.
  4. Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and smooth evenly over the top.
  5. Sprinkle the m&m's over the melted chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours before remove from the pan, cutting, and serving.

Notes

  • Store in the refrigerator for more firm bars or on the counter for softer bars.
  • We use the plain m&m candies, but peanut butter would also be delicious.
