- 1 pkg. 8 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tub 8 oz. COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 2 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles
