Ingredients
- 1 ounce Olmeca Altos Añejo Tequila
- 1 ounce Aperol
- 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
- 1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Cap and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a short tumbler filled with ice. I think the color alone here makes this cocktail gorgeous, but if you feel the need to garnish, you can add an orange wedge or strip of orange zest.
