  • 2.3 pounds watermelon around 5 cups, shredded, seedless, 1 kilogram
  • 20 ounces canned crushed pineapple with juice, 567 grams
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut shredded, 50 grams
  • 13.5 ounces canned coconut milk 400 milliliters
  • 2-3 cups water 473-710 milliliters
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar to taste, 40 grams

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combined the shredded watermelon (use a fork, large-holed grater, or melon scraper to shred) with the crushed pineapple and juice, shredded coconut, and coconut milk.
  2. Mix in 2-3 cups water to desired consistency. Stir in sugar to taste.
  3. Serve chilled with crushed ice if desired.
