This beautiful and delicious Overnight 7 Layer Salad has vibrant layers of fresh vegetables, crispy bacon, and a creamy homemade dressing, making this low-carb salad perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
For the Salad
- 3 cups romaine lettuce shredded
- 6 hard boiled eggs chopped
- 2 bell pepper peppers orange and yellow, chopped
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage shredded
- 8 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled
For the Dressing
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Keto Ranch Seasoning or 2 tablespoons store bought
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, add in the sour cream, mayonnaise, heavy cream and ranch seasoning. Whisk until well combined, then set aside while you assemble the salad.
- In the bottom of a 9” glass trifle bowl or other large glass serving bowl, add in the romaine lettuce.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half, then add them on top of the lettuce.
- Next, add the hard boiled eggs, shredded red cabbage, bell peppers, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese and top with the crumbled bacon.
- Keep it layered, do not toss it until right before serving. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- If you don't have ranch seasoning, you can use store bought seasoning or even just your favorite store bought ranch dressing instead of making your own.
