- 500 gms – 1.1 lbs. beef mince
- 3/4 cup parmigiano reggiano thinly grated
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
- Salt& Pepper
Fry Sauce
- 1 part Ketchup
- 2 parts Mayo
To Assemble

- Parmigiano Reggiano slivers
