Practically the perfect party food, party pinwheels are filled with a cream cheese mixture and your favorite veggies all rolled up ready to serve as a light snack at a party.

Ingredients
- Two 8 ounce packages cream cheese (softened)
- One 1 ounce package ranch dressing mix
- 2 green onions (minced)
- 4 flour tortillas (12 inch) (Can use colored ones)
- ¼ cup red bell pepper (diced small)
- ¼ cup green bell pepper (diced small)
- ½ cup celery (diced small)
- ¼ cup sliced black olives (diced)
- ½ cup cheddar cheese (grated)
Instructions
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions.
- Spread the mixture on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle red and green pepper, celery, black olives, and cheddar cheese over the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap
- Chill 2 hours or overnight.
- Cut off the ends of the rolls and discard. Slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch wide slices and serve.
Notes
- You can customize these to your guests preferences making them totally vegetarian or you can even add a slice of turkey or ham when preparing them!
- Using different flavored tortillas such as sundried tomato, jalapeno cheese, or spinach will bring something a little extra to your Party Pinwheels!
