Ingredients
- 750 g minced meat beef
- 200 g gram flour
- 2 onions
- 3 green chillies
- 5 garlic gloves
- 50 g ginger
- Coriander
- 2 tsp crushed chillies
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tomato finely diced
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Peel and roughly chop the onions, ginger and then add into a food processor along with the green chillies, garlic cloves, and coriander then process until finely minced
- Squeeze out any excess moisture then add to the beef along with the gram flour, spices, and the egg then give it a good mix to combine
- Add the tomato then mix again until it is fully incorporated
- Grease your hands with some oil then take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a flat, round patty and tepeat the process with the remaining mixture, shaping all the kebabs – ensure they are of uniform size for even cooking.
- Heat a pan of oil then carefully place the shaped kebabs into the oil ensuring they are not overcrowded
- Cook the kebabs for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through

Notes
- Any leftover kebabs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Reheat before serving for the best taste and texture.
