Pimento Cheese is a creamy tangy Southern spread and dip full of flavor! Perfect for an appetizer and makes the BEST grilled cheese sandwich!

Ingredients
- 2 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese , shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 4 ounce chopped pimento peppers , drained
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Place the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, pimento and salt into the large bowl of a mixer.
- Beat at medium speed, with paddle if possible, until thoroughly combined.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before using if you can to allow the flavors to come together more.
- Serve over crackers, crostini or as a filling in a grilled cheese sandwich.
