Pimento cheese dip is creamy and delicious with only a few ingredients. It's the perfect snack, party food or appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened at room temperature and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 4 oz Pimento Peppers drained and chopped
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix together with a hand held mixer or by hand with a sturdy spoon until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Serve immediately and enjoy with your favorite dippers!
