Pizza Garlic Bread

Air fryer pizza garlic bread is perfect when you are craving pizza but short on time. Easy, versatile, and ready in minutes! Customize it with your favorite toppings.

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 cups Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut the French bread into one-inch slices.
  3. Melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder.
  4. Brush the butter mixture over the top of each slice.
  5. Place the slices in the air fryer basket or tray and bake for 5 minutes, until toasted.
  6. Remove the basket from the air fryer and top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices.
  7. Return the basket to the air fryer to cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese on top melts.

Notes

  • If you want to use fresh garlic, mince it finely and mix it with your melted butter.
  • Don't skip the preheating step. 
  • Try to slice the bread evenly. You want uniformity so that it all cooks at the same rate. Aim for 1-inch slices.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if you need to.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes
