This fun take on French toast takes leftover pizza and turns it into quick and delicious French toast pizza! You'll only need 15 minutes and 4 ingredients to breathe fluffy, cakey, delicious life back into last night's 'za.

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp milk 15 mL
- Pinch salt
- Pinch black pepper
- 2 lices pizza any flavor, leftover
Instructions
- Prep: In a shallow dish (wide enough to fit a slice of pizza), whisk together egg, milk, salt, and pepper to evenly combine.
- Dip: Dip each slice of pizza in the egg mixture, holding it in to allow the crust to soak up the egg. Be sure to coat both sides.
- Cook: Grease a large saute pan and set over medium heat. Add each dipped pizza slice, cooking for about 3 minutes per side or until the outside is golden brown. Serve hot off the stove.
Notes
- Storage: Leftover French toast pizza will last two days in the fridge in an airtight container. When ready to eat again, reheat it in the air fryer or oven.
