Ingredients
- 4 oz plain vodka*
- 8 oz pomegranate juice
- 6.8 oz ginger beer ~1 glass bottle Fever-Tree Light Ginger Beer
- 1 lime juiced
- ½ cup ice
For garnish
- fresh pomegranate arils
- fresh sprigs of mint or rosemary
- Lime wedges

Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, pomegranate juice, and the juice of one lime. Shake for 30-45 seconds until combined.
- Add ice to two mule glasses. Divide the cocktail into two and pour over ice.
- Top each mule with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a lime wedge, mint sprig, and fresh pomegranates. Serve chilled!
