Ingredients
- 28 ounces canned tomatoes
- 6 cups water
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Minute Rice
- 1/2 cup oatmeal or cracker crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste

- Combine the tomatoes and 6 cups water in a large pot and bring to a boil.
- In a bowl, mix the beef with the remaining ingredients and roll into small balls.
- Drop the meatballs into the tomato sauce.
