Pretzel S’mores Bites

Pretzel Smore's Bites are salty pretzels topped with marshmallow, chocolate bar, and crushed graham crackers. This treat is the perfect blend of sweet and salty.

Ingredients

  • 80 mini pretzels approximately
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) snack size Hershey’s Chocolate Bars
  • ¼ cup Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and get ready for an easy dessert.
  2. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (the broil setting).
  3. Arrange half of the mini pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Top each pretzel with a marshmallow.
  5. Broil in the oven for approximately 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted.
  6. Next, place one of the chocolate bars on top of the marshmallow, returning to broil in the oven for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the graham cracker crumbs
  8. Add the final pretzel on top, making sure to push the pretzel down gently so it sticks.
  9. Serve immediately or allow to cool and store for snacking.
  10. Enjoy!

Notes

  • I broke the snack size chocolate bars in half to fit better. If you don’t break them in half, you will most likely need an additional bag of chocolate.
  • AIR FRYER DIRECTIONS: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Use cooking spray. Cooked 4 minutes with only marshmallows in pretzels. Added chocolate and closed lid for 1 more minute with air fryer off or until chocolate softens on top. Remove immediately from air fryer. Add crumbs and last pretzel immediately. I found the chocolate too soft and melted when trying to remove them from air fryer if I built them inside air fryer.  Have everything ready once you remove half built s'mores from air fryer because they cool down quickly.
  • Keep a very close eye on the S’mores Bites while they are under the broiler. Marshmallows can burn quickly, and your chocolate can turn into liquid.
  • Use fresh marshmallows for best results.
  • Use fitted parchment paper to line your baking sheet making it easier to remove the Pretzel S'mores Bites and preventing them from sticking.
  • Once removed from the oven, give the Pretzel S'mores Bites a few minutes to cool down and allow the chocolate to set slightly and prevent mess.
  • Place baking sheet in fridge until set if chocolate becomes too soft.
  • If you're planning on serving a crowd, don't hesitate to make a large batch, as they tend to disappear quickly.
