  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons ground coriander
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 eggs, at room tempearture
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 cups (16floz/450ml) buttermilk
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/4 cup (2oz/57g) Butter, melted
