Incredibly easy 3 ingredient pulled pork that is made into pulled pork sandwiches by adding in toasted buns and a fast homemade coleslaw!

Ingredients
Pulled Pork
- one lb pork shoulder or pork butt roast strings removed
- 12 ounces root beer
- one ounce bottle barbecue sauce your favorite
Coleslaw
- 4 cups Bagged Coleslaw Mix
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard more to taste
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar or apple cider vinegar more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 hamburger or kaiser buns split in half
Instructions
- Place the pork roast in a slow cooker. Pour the root beer over top and cook, covered, on low until meat is tender, around 8-10 hours.
- Remove the roast and cool slightly.
- Discard the roast cooking juices.
- Shred the pork with two forks and then return to the slow cooker.
- Stir in your favorite barbecue sauce.
- Cover and heat again until heated through, about 30 minutes.
- Prepare the coleslaw by mixing together the ingredients.
- Lightly toast the buns, then place on a plate.
- Take a scoop of the hot pulled pork and place on each bun bottom, top with coleslaw, then place the top of the bun on top.
- Enjoy!

- You can double the coleslaw recipe and make side salads as well!
- Make this the day before and reheat. This will last in the fridge for 2-3 days in a sealed container.
