Decadent chocolate chip pumpkin muffins made seriously delicious with the addition of a crunchy struesel on top!

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of pumpkin
- 3/4 cup of white sugar
- 1/3 cup of oil
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- streusel topping
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cold butter

Instructions
- Combine the first five ingredients together in a large bowl thoroughly.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients (excepting chocolate chips) and then add to the wet mixture.
- Mix until just combined then add chocolate chips. Make sure not to over mix.
- Divide into 12 muffins tins.
- Combine the streusel toppings; divide into 12 and place on top of each muffin.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
