Ingredients
Toast base
- 1 lice bread
- 40 g fat free cottage cheese fat free
Avocado
- 0.5 avocado sliced
- 0.5 teaspoon everything seasoning
Eggs
- 1 egg boiled
- 0.5 teaspoon everything seasoning
Smoked salmon
- 30 g smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon pickled red onions
- 1 teaspoon capers
Tomato, cucumber & olive
- 2 cherry tomatoes sliced
- 4 olives sliced
- 15 g cucumber diced
Berries
- 2 strawberries chopped
- 3 raspberries
- 8 blueberries
Peaches
- 3 lice peach
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 0.5 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Toast the bread to your preferred doneness.
- Spread the cottage cheese over the toast.
- Add toppings of your choice.
Notes
- The nutritional information is for the boiled egg toast only. Other toppings will change the nutritional values.
- You don't just have to use bread for the toast. You could toast a bagel, English muffin or crumpet to put the cottage cheese on.
- If you don't love the texture of cottage cheese, then you can blend it until smooth. This makes it more of the texture of cream cheese, and our kids love it this way.
- If you are using frozen berries rather than fresh, make sure they have thawed a little before using them, as they will add too much moisture and make everything soggy.
- Assemble everything just before you are ready to use it so that the toast stays crispy.
