This quick and healthy Cottage Cheese breakfast (with grapefruit), prepared with just four ingredients, is a healthy way to start the day.

Ingredients
- 1 bananas
- 1 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cups grapefruit (see notes)
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
- Peel and mash the banana in a bowl with a fork.
- Mix the cottage cheese and mashed banana.
- Distribute the cottage cheese mixture into 4 bowls
- Top with the grapefruit, sliced bananas (optional) and chopped walnuts
Notes
- Grapefruit - I use store-bought grapefruit segments to save time. However, check the label and choose one that is not in artificially sweetened syrup.
