Raspberry Margarita Recipe

This raspberry margarita is a fruity take on the classic that's perfect for berry season, and special occasions of all kinds. It's fresh raspberries blended up with tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup then served in a glass with a sweet and salty rim. It's easy to make and it's ready in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup tequila
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup agave syrup
  • Raspberries, lime slices, and mint to serve

Sweet and Salty Rim

  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Make the rim salt by mixing the sugar and salt in a wide, shallow dish. Wet the rim of a glass with a cut lime and then dip it into the rim salt.
  2. Add the raspberries, tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Set a fine mesh sieve over a cocktail mixer or mason jar and strain to remove the raspberry seeds.
  4. Add ice to the jar and stir until it's cold. Strain into glasses and garnish with raspberries, mint, and lime slices.
