Raspberry Martini Recipe
Description
The Raspberry Martini Recipe starts with a raspberry simple syrup made by simmering fresh raspberries, sugar, and water, then straining carefully to avoid cloudiness. This syrup provides the cocktail with a bright, fruity sweetness without overpowering the drink. Mixed with vodka and fresh lemon juice, the cocktail is shaken with ice until chilled. The shaking both chills and dilutes the mixture slightly, balancing the potency of the vodka with the fruity and citrus elements. Straining into a martini glass ensures a smooth texture without pulp or seeds. The drink is finished with a garnish of fresh raspberries, which add a touch of elegance and reinforce the raspberry flavor. This cocktail is well suited to those who enjoy berry flavors combined with the sharpness of lemon and the kick of vodka. The syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, making it easy to prepare cocktails in batches or enjoy raspberry syrup in other beverages.
