  • 1 ounce raspberry simple syrup recipe below
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • raspberries to serve, fresh

Raspberry Simple Syrup

  • ¼ cup raspberry
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Fill a jar or cocktail shaker half full of ice. Add the vodka, raspberry simple syrup, and lemon juice and shake to chill.
  2. Strain into martini glasses and garnish with a few fresh raspberries.

Raspberry Simple Syrup

  1. Put the raspberries, sugar, and water into a small pot over high heat and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the raspberries through a fine mesh sieve - DO NOT press on the raspberries or the syrup will turn cloudy. Let it cool before using it. Store the leftovers in a glass jar in your fridge for up to 2 weeks.
