This pretty mimosa is the perfect cocktail to sip on sitting next to your honey!

Ingredients
Raspberry Mimosa
- 1 tablespoon clear corn syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar or sprinkles
- 6 ounces pomegranate juice or cran-raspberry juice, frozen into ice cubes
- 2 ounces raspberry liqueur such as Chambord
- 8-10 ounces sparkling wine or ginger ale
Instructions
- Rub the very edge of the glasses with a thin layer of corn syrup. Dip into sugar or sprinkles.
- Fill ice cube trays with juice and freeze.
- Add raspberry liqueur and ice cubes to champagne flutes.
- Top with sparkling wine and garnish as desired
- Garnish as desired.
Notes
- OPTIONAL GARNISH: Raspberries, Pomegranate Arils, Fresh Cranberries
- To make this into a mocktail, skip the raspberry liqueur and substitute it with raspberry juice or cran-raspberry juice. Fill glasses with ginger ale and/or club soda as desired.
