Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Red food coloring
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Combine the flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda in a small mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl mix the melted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar together.
  4. Add the egg and mix well.
  5. Add the food coloring, vanilla extract and vinegar.
  6. Add the dry ingredients.
  7. Hand mix in the white chocolate chips and blueberries.
  8. Scoop into large rounded tablespoons and place on a baking stone or parchment lined baking sheet.
  9. Place in the oven and bake for 14-16 minutes.
