Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Red food coloring
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 325°F.
- Combine the flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda in a small mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl mix the melted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar together.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Add the food coloring, vanilla extract and vinegar.
- Add the dry ingredients.
- Hand mix in the white chocolate chips and blueberries.
- Scoop into large rounded tablespoons and place on a baking stone or parchment lined baking sheet.
- Place in the oven and bake for 14-16 minutes.
