- 2 tablespoons Red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- For the Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1/2 cup (4oz/120g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups (6oz/180g) powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoons milk
