  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • For the Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1/2 cup (4oz/120g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups (6oz/180g) powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
