Ingredients
Kitchen Gadgets:
- Air Fryer
Ingredients:
- Leftover French fries
- sea salt
Instructions
- Place your leftover French fries into the air fryer basket. Season well with sea salt.
- Spray with extra virgin olive oil. Air fry for 6 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Shake the air fryer fries, add a little extra oil, and cook for a further 4 minutes at 200c/400f. When it beeps check to make sure the fries are piping hot and crispy before serving.
Notes
- Cheese. If you would like cheesy fries, do the recipe above, add your favourite cheese and then air fry for a further 2 minutes at 200c/400f.
- Salt. I recommend salting your fries. Because the fries have been in the fridge, they will lose their salt and its amazing how bland they are if reheated without salt.
- Oil. I recommend spraying with extra virgin olive oil or your fries will not get as crispy as it reheats back through.
- Frozen. If reheating frozen fries, I recommend you follow our air fryer frozen French fries recipe instead as it will be more accurate to your needs.
