Ingredients
- ½ pound asparagus (rinsed and ends cut off and removed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- In small bowl, add the oil, salt, pepper parmesan and garlic. Mix well.
- Brush the seasoned oil onto the asparagus spears.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve.
