Salsa Verde Chicken

Easy chicken dinner! Salsa Verde baked chicken recipe. This salsa verde chicken is easy and delicious. We love the verde sauce over everything!

Ingredients
- 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1 Bunch cilantro chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a 9x13 pan spray with non stick spray.
- Place chicken in the bottom of the pan.
- Pour the salsa verde over the top of the chicken.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until you reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Top with cheese and cilantro. Then broil for 5 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
Notes
- Try this recipe topped with cilantro and crushed tortilla chips, or even a teaspoon of sour cream. Yummy!
