Salted Caramel Snickers Cookie Bars
Description
This recipe creates cookie bars by mixing a traditional cookie dough with flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. After combining wet and dry ingredients, chopped Snickers bars are folded into the dough, adding texture and rich chocolate, caramel, and nut flavors throughout.
The batter is pressed into a greased baking dish in two layers with salted caramel sauce drizzled between, creating a luscious layered effect once baked. The baking process results in golden-brown tops with a soft, chewy interior punctuated by Snickers pieces and caramel pockets.
Once cooled, these cookie bars can be cut into squares for easy serving at casual gatherings or as a sweet snack. The balance of caramel, chocolate, and a touch of salt adds complexity to the classic cookie bar experience.

- 1 ⅓ C light brown sugar packed
- 2 egg

- 2 C Snickers candy bars chopped
Instructions
