Saltine Cracker Toffee is so easy to make and is sweet, salty, and crunchy. It only requires 3 ingredients and about 15 minutes to whip up. Add this to your Christmas candy list!

Ingredients
- 42 saltine crackers with salted tops
- 1 cup salted butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 17.25×11.5×1 jelly roll pan with tin foil. Lay a piece of parchment paper in the bottom of the pan. Grease with nonstick cooking spray.
- Line the prepared jelly roll pan with all 42 crackers.
- In a medium saucepan, add in butter and brown sugar. Melt the butter over low heat while stirring.
- Once the butter is melted, watch for the brown sugar mixture to bubble around the edges. Once the the mixture begins boiling, stop stirring and let it boil for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes until the mixture reaches 280 degrees F.
- Once it reaches 280 degrees F, remove mixture from the heat and pour evenly over top of the saltine crackers. Using an angled spatula, spread the brown sugar mixture to cover all the crackers.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 8 to 9 minutes. This will spread the toffee evenly on all the crackers.
- Remove from the oven and let cool. Break the saltines apart. If you want the crackers to be a little neater, while the toffee is still hot, move the crackers to a cooling rack that has a piece of parchment paper under it to catch the toffee drippings or onto a piece of parchment paper spaced out so the crackers aren’t touching.
- Place in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
