  • 1 pound shelled and deveined large shrimp
  • 1 pound chopped asparagus cut into 2-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet McCormick Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi Seasoning Mix
  • 1 sliced lemon optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine 1 pound shelled and deveined large shrimp and 1 pound chopped asparagus. Add¼ cup melted unsalted butter, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 (1-ounce) packet McCormick Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi Seasoning Mix. Stir until combined.
  3. Spread the shrimp and asparagus on the sheet pan in an even layer. Scatter 1 sliced lemon on top.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes or until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Serve immediately.
