This Shrimp Dip is filled with cheese, mayo, and cream cheese, this is a seafood lovers dream, and the shrimp work surprisingly well when all mixed together.

Ingredients
- One oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated and divided)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 cups cooked shrimp (coarsely chopped)
Garnish
- 1 Tablespoon Italian parsley (chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon green onion (chopped)
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and all other seasonings except the cooked shrimp and mix well.
- Take the cooked shopped shrimp and squeeze with paper towel so there is no moisture. Add the shrimp to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour this into an 8x8 baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the other 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and it is bubbling slightly on top.
- Turn the oven to the broil setting and broil for 2-3 minutes until top is lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onion and chopped parsley and serve with corn chips, or a sliced baguette.
