Ingredients
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 tablespoon plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ whole Jalapeño grated
- 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
- Add the avocado to a bowl and mash it with a fork. Go until it's just a little chunkier than you like. It will smoth out with mixing.
- Add in the Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix to combine.
- Add the jalapeno and salt to taste.
- Mix it until it's fully combined and enjoy!
