Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip is a creamy and slightly spicy chicken dip. It has all the flavors you love in your favorite hot sauce combined with more mild ranch dressing and topped off with the strong cheese.

Ingredients
- 2 (9.75-ounce) cans Premium Chunk chicken breast, drained, or 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 (8-ounce) block fat-free cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup reduced-fat blue cheese or ranch dressing
- ½ cup Buffalo or Red Hot sauce
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
- spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray and preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Whisk the cream cheese in a bowl until it is smooth.
- To the cream cheese add the chicken, blue cheese dressing, buffalo sauce, and blue cheese crumbles. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until heated through. Or heat in the microwave for about 3-5 minutes until heated through.
