Slow Cooker Black Pepper Beef and Broccoli

The best black pepper beef and broccoli recipe is made in a crockpot with a delicious Chinese black pepper sauce, then tossed with noodles for a simple slow cooker meal that only takes 10 minutes of prep time!

Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak sliced against the grain
- ½ cup oyster sauce
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin sweet cooking rice wine
- ½ tbsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 cup broccoli
- ¼ cup scallions sliced
Instructions
- Add the beef to a slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, black pepper and beef broth, pour into the slow cooker.
- Set to low and cook for 6 hours, or cook on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 15-20 minutes before serving, add the rice noodles and broccoli to the slow cooker, make sure the rice noodles are under the liquid in the slow cooker.
- Replace the cover and continue to cook on low for 15-20 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Top with the scallions and serve.

- Gluten Free Option: Use Gluten Free Soy Sauce and Gluten Free Oyster Sauce to make this recipe gluten free.
