- 1 28 oz can black beans (or 2 x 14 oz cans)
- 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 8 oz red enchilada sauce (226 gr)
- 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup corn kernels, canned or frozen
- 1 4 oz can mild green chiles
- 1 medium onion, peeled and diced (white or yellow)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
