Slow Cooker Turkey Bolognese

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 2 carrots peeled and diced
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- (2) 15 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
- (1) 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 3 large zucchini spiralized
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
- Place ground turkey, raw, in the crock pot.
- Add in carrots, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt pepper, crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Break the meat apart and cook for 30 more minutes.
- Meanwhile in a large skillet heat the butter and stir in the zucchini noodles. Cook for 3 minutes or until soft.
- Spoon sauce over the zucchini noodles and then top with parmesan cheese.
