Ingredients
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 4 ounces smoked fish bones and skin removed
- ¼ cup Bacon crumbles
- 7 ounces canned artichokes about 4 small hearts, quartered
- 2 Tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup caesar dressing
Instructions
- Divide lettuce between two bowls. Add toppings then drizzle with dressing. Serve with a crusty bread for a complete meal.
