Smoky Tempeh Marinade

Ingredients

  • 7 oz tempeh sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon marmite optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except tempeh in a large bowl. Keep 1 tablespoon of the marinade for serving. Add tempeh slices and coat evenly. Let marinate for 20-60 minutes in the fridge. Then cook as desired and drizzle with the reserved sauce. Enjoy!

Notes
