Ingredients
- 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 full-size Hershey's chocolate bars
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated and hold together when pressed.
- Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish, forming a firm and even layer.
- Break the Hershey's chocolate bars into pieces and distribute them evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Spread 2 cups of mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool for about 15-20 minutes. This allows the bars to set and makes them easier to cut.
- Once the smores bars have cooled and set, cut them into squares and serve. Enjoy!
