Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (8 fl oz)
- 1 1/2 fl oz espresso
- 2 tbsp homemade chocolate syrup, recipe follows (1 fl oz)
- 1/2 tsp marshmallow extract
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Optional: Create a chocolate and graham cracker rim by dipping the glass into melted dark chocolate and sprinkling with crushed graham crackers. Place in the fridge for 2-3 minutes to keep the chocolate from running down the glass.
- Pour all ingredients over ice in a serving glass, then stir to combine before serving.
- Optional: Top with marshmallow fluff and toast with a kitchen torch before serving.
