Instructions
Hot Version
- Warm milk in saucepan over low heat until warm, or use microwave.
- Add all ingredients to blender; blend until smooth.
- Taste test for sweetness and spice, adding more if desired.
Iced Version
- Use cold brewed coffee in place of hot coffee.
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Alternatively: add all ingredients to blender except milk, then pour coffee mixture over ice and add milk to taste.
Notes
- Taste Test – Everyone's taste buds are different so play around to adjust the sweetness and spice to your liking. You can also use pitted Medjool dates to sweeten like this Golden Milk Latte recipe.
- Milk Frother Method – If you have a milk frother, another method to make the hot version would be to warm the milk up separately in a milk frother, and add the coffee, spices, pumpkin, syrup and vanilla to the blender until smooth. Then combine the milk and pumpkin coffee into your mug.
