- 2 chai tea bags
- 1-2 Tbsp. maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon ground
- ⅛ tsp. nutmeg ground
- ⅛ tsp. ginger ground
- 1 pinch cloves ground
- 1 cup milk regular, or plant-based

Instructions
To Make the Chai Tea Concentrate:
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat. Remove the pot from the heat and add the tea bags, sweetener, and spices. Whisk together and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Store the sweetener in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until the concentrate has cooled completely.
Make the Iced Chai Latte:
