Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (light)
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 apple, peeled and diced (I use Granny Smith)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the salt, baking powder, and flour. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla.
- Slowly alternate adding the flour mixture and milk into the butter mixture until all has been combined.
- Fold in the apples.
- Grease 4 mini loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan and evenly distribute the batter into prepared pans.
- In a small bowl, combine the 2 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Sprinkle mixture evenly on top of the batter.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes if using mini pans or about 55-65 minutes if using large loaf pan.
- Remove from oven once baked and allow to cool for about 5 minutes prior to removing from pans.
